FilmForrest is in development. Today this site does one thing: it takes your email address so we can tell you when the product is ready. These terms cover that, and they will be replaced before anything else is offered.
Who you are agreeing with
FilmForrest ("we", "us") operates filmforrest.com. You can reach us at livialifes@proton.me.
What we are offering right now
A waiting list. When you give us your email address we add it to a list and may use it to contact you about FilmForrest. There is no product to use yet, no account to log into, and nothing to pay for.
"Log in" on the homepage puts you on the same list. It is not yet a working sign-in, and we would rather say so than let you type a password into something that does not exist.
What we ask of you
- Give us an email address you are entitled to use.
- Do not try to break, overload or probe the site.
- Do not use anything here to do something illegal.
What we promise, and what we do not
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, and we may change or withdraw it at any time while it is in development.
We have not promised you access. Being on the waiting list does not entitle you to use FilmForrest when it launches, to any particular price, or to any particular feature.
Your content
Anything you send us stays yours. If you paste a schedule into the site, we read it, answer, and do not keep it — see the Privacy Policy.
Ending it
You can leave the waiting list at any time by emailing us, and we will delete your address. We can remove an address from the list at our discretion.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
Changes
We will update this page when the product does more than collect an email address. The date at the top is the version you are reading.
